Man, more amazing come-backs in one Sunday than Ive ever seen. Gearing up for a dogfight tonight. Quack them Cowboys. Bear down.
The last time the two teams met it was a real horror show for Romo throwing 5 picks. I'm hoping Dez can break out of his slump, maybe get some single coverage, and Murray can get going against a Bears run D that has not been very good this year. All of that and Marshall not going Megatron on the Dallas secondary should lead to a win for the Boys.
Also, this looks like sexual assault. That is truly Quacked up.
FWIW, I have had my dick'n'balls grabbed and punched in fumble scrums multiple times. I've been spit on, scratched, bit, punched, kicked and stomped. Usually you don't see it because there are bodies flying all over the place and no one sees what's happening on the bottom.
Not saying that it's okay, or I did it myself, but that sort of bush-league sh*t isn't anything new.
I'm sure this is just the fabric of his pants, but it kind of looks like he pissed himself.
I really don't think that is the fabric, or else that's one incredibly awkward-looking pee-pants design. He probably was just way too drunk to notice or care; if he'd left his seat, he might have missed out on a full two minutes of shouting obnoxiously loud insults at the players, and he paid good money to do that.

And you should see what happened to him when he played football.
I think I must be one of the only Vikings fans in the world that thinks Christian Ponder is a way better QB than Matt Cassel. He has a better completion rating and gets more points per game than Cassel. They are about even when it comes to INT per game. Ponder is more physical and can run for the first down while Cassel is a wimp and just throws the ball away. Did you see that play where Cassel tried to run against the Ravens? Pathetic - he slid five yards before the first down line and there were no defenders anywhere in the vicinity. Ponder would have kept going and gotten the first down. I hope they bring back Ponder as the starter next year. It's the defense (and the refs in some cases) that are losing the games, not the QB. I also like Coach Frazier and don't think he should be fired at the end of the year. I do think some of the other coaches (Williams) need to be axed but not Frazier. I hope Wilf will give him one more chance to turn the team around.
I usually don't post in this thread but I had get that off my chest. I know some (most) of you won't agree with me and that's fine but if I would have posted my thoughts on the Vikings forum, they would have run me out of town. They worship Cassel over there and crucify anyone who says anything bad about him.

This season, Cassell has a better INT% and TD% than Ponder. It's not a vast disparity, but they are both favorable for Cassell. Yards/catch, Yards/attempt, and yards/game are all relatively close. I don't think there is much drop off one way or the other, so it's about going with who you think will screw up the least, which at this stage is Cassell, but not by much.
No Josh Freeman love? But he was a first round pick!
(I think Freeman is terrible, btw, I'm just kidding)
This post is mostly going to be me "thinking out loud" about the Saints current playoff position in order to view it all in writing. Maybe other Saints fans will get some use out of it...
The Saints clinch a playoff spot with either a win or an Arizona loss.
We will lock up the division with either a Saints victory in Week 16 @ Carolina OR by winning the other two games (at St. Louis Week 15, Tampa Bay at home Week 17).
Here is a series of more complicated scenarios:
A. If Saints lose to Rams, lose to Carolina, lose to Bucs, but Carolina loses to Jets and Falcons, SAINTS win division. B. If Saints lose to Rams, lose to Carolina, defeat Bucs, and Carolina loses to either Jets OR Falcons, SAINTS win division. C. If Saints defeat Rams, lose to Carolina, lose to Bucs, and Carolina loses to Jets, CAROLINA wins division. D. If Saints defeat Rams, lose to Carolina, lose to Bucs, and Carolina loses to Falcons, SAINTS win division.
In Scenario A, the division winner (Saints) would almost certainly not be the #2 seed, but it is still possible if the Eagles lose two games. Even if Dallas, Chicago, and Detroit won their remaining games, they could not overtake the Saints for the #2 seed.
Therefore, the only teams standing in the Saints way of the #2 seed are Carolina and Philadelphia. If the Saints win the division but lose 2 games, and Philadelphia wins all 3 games, Philadelphia gets the #2 seed.
BOTTOM LINE:
The Saints need to either win 2 out of 3 games, or beat Carolina and have Philadelphia lose one game. Sorry Philly, but I'm going to be rooting against you these next few weeks.
PART TWO of thinking out loud. This part is assuming the Saints get the #2 seed...
Getting the #1 seed is damn near impossible. Seattle would have to lose at least 2 out of their final 3 games, and that isn't going to happen. Therefore, it is important to figure out how the Saints can possibly beat Seattle in Seattle if the Saints reach the NFC Championship game.
The best thing that can happen to the Saints is the fact that arguably the 3rd and 4th best teams in the NFC will most likely be the two wild cards (Carolina and San Francisco). These are also the two teams who have the best shot at beating Seattle in Seattle. If either of these two teams win in the first round, then they will have to play Seattle next. If they both win, then whoever is the 6th seed would play Seattle.
The easiest way for the Saints to beat Seattle in Seattle is to not have to play Seattle at all. It is fairly likely at least one of the wild cards will win, and they will pose a legitimate threat to the Seahawks. The Saints also have a big advantage at home, so playing either of these tough wild cards in the SuperDome for the NFC Championship would be greatly preferred over having to travel to Seattle again.

The Jets drafted Brian Winters instead of Keenan Allen. We Jets fans have a game we play where we count the # of plays in a row that Winters is knocked on his ass. The highest I've gotten is 6.
You're just too young to grasp how stylin' I really was. All the boys wanted to do me when I was 5. Actually the girls did too. My haircut was confusing.
If he isn't offensive rookie of the year, I'm going to kick someone.
Also, I wonder if they frisked him on the sideline for a jetpack.
He's definitely my pick, but unless Stacy, Bernard and Lacy split RB votes, I fear that Lacy might be the sexier pick (plays for Green Bay, no Aaron Rodgers yada yada yada).

Somewhat related question - it's been a while since I've lived there (and it was pre Super Bowl), but how hard it is to walk up on gameday and find 5 tickets together for a reasonable price? Or alternatively, is there a better method to get single game tickets than through NFL exchange or stubhub that you're aware of? I'll be in town for the Bucs game there and the kids are huge Brees fans. But I was hoping for seats together that aren't $300+ apiece.
Well, since we're talking ROY candidates, this guy has the DROY all wrapped up and the season isn't even over:
I can't really see that tiny gif - is that Kiko Alonso?
Oh, you're cute.
No, that is Boss Hogg Richardson, 13th overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft and the Jets' prized haul in the Revis trade (and I'm not exaggerating or bullsh*tting you when I say this kid has the potential to be so good that he makes Jets fans forget all about Mevis.
