Where should I start with Dream Syndicate? I've never listened to them. I saw they were playing Atlanta a couple years back and geeked because I thought it was the Tony Conrad thing. Never really looked into them after I realized it was something else.

^^Haha I was wondering about that.
Fawn and LD, the gems (to me) are the bands I was freaking on. Os Mutantes (60's Brazilian psych rock), The Dream Syndicate (80's College Radio Pop), and The Relatives (which Quacker got for you). Yo La Tango is just incredible live. I'm geeking over a On Filmore set (which has Glen Koche of Wilco but is more experimental sounding), the always amazing Neko Case and Low and White Denim.
From top to bottom, this line up is just stunning.
