Kind of slipped under the radar, but they announced the Comedy portion of their lineup last week. John Hodgeman, Jen Kirkman, Al Madrigal, and Reggie Watts. Hopefully this means the music portion isn't far off!

God damnit. This went from good news to f*ck you in an hour:
Solid Sound lineup announcement starts today at Noon Eastern. We'll announce the artists and activities of Solid Sound 2013, in alphabetical order, one letter at a time, every 30 minutes -- that'll be from Noon to 5:30pm today and 10am to 4:30pm tomorrow. Follow us here and on Twitter (@solidsoundfest) for that latest updates.

A is for musician Sam Amidon & comedian Al Madrigal. B is for Border Music featuring Marc Ribot and David Hidalgo (of Los Lobos), and The Blisters. C is for Neko Case. D is for The Dream Syndicate (Steve Wynn) E is for Euclid Records, returning to set up shop. F is for Foxygen. G is for Golden Eagle, and Mt. Greylock, the highest peak in MA H is for John Hodgman, returning to curate comedy once again I is for "I Got You", which we're pretty sure Wilco will play either Friday or Saturday night. J is for Mikael Jorgensen & Greg O'Keefe, as well as Jen Kirkman - Comedian. K is for Glenn Kotche & Darin Gray (On Fillmore), providing a live soundtrack to WNYC Radio's Radiolab L is for Low and also for Lucius. (We'll be back tomorrow at 10AM with more.) M is for Medeski Martin & Wood with special guests, Mark Mulcahy, and the world's greatest setting for a music festival: MASS MoCA. N is for Nels Cline & Julian Lage.

I was thinking none of the letters would overlap with previously announced acts, but I guess H is for Hodgeman. W is almost definitely for Wilco. Not that I was expecting either of those anyway. Just saying it would take something major to get me there.
