Brian Setzer Orchestra would be a really unique out of the blue band that I could see Bonnaroo getting.
I saw Brian Setzer back in like 1998 or so opening for Bob Dylan and I have wanted to see him since then. He puts on an amazing show. Id even bone up on my swing dancing just for that!
I actually believe Brian Setzer Orchestra would do really well at bonnaroo and be one of the last venues for that kind of music and sound in todays scene.

I'd love to see Esperanza Spalding booked. Not totally unexpected as she's still riding her grammy hype train from last year, but I would be a little taken aback.
PHI, that guy in your signature video. looks like he was in waterworld. lol. its been bothering me for months to figure out who he reminds me of. sorry for being off topic.
As for out of the blue bands: Wings, ah ha w/chris griffin, everlast, third eye blind, pepper, barenaked ladies, counting crows, men at work, hall and oates, the talking heads, humbe pie, Stillwater? haha
Alice in Chains are releasing a new album soon and just announced tour dates that go till late May, I think it could be possible for them to be at Bonnaroo. But they are in England on the 14th of June.
