Basically what Jimmy said, at least until he shows he won't go down in a week and leave the team in disarray. Let him get 20-25 minutes off the bench initially until he proves he can handle the daily grind.
The more he plays (and plays well), the more minutes he should get.
I am soon going to turn this into the "Rasheed Wallace is the greatest personality in the NBA's history" thread.
I think the only reason he is still playing is bc he is so close to the all time record for technical fouls. I actually met him when I went to the 5 Star Basketball Camp and he is actually a really nice guy. He goes hood on the court though
Flanz, I actually think STAT should come off the bench permanently. He doesn't fit in with Melo and Chandler either offensively (due to spacing issues) or defensively (because he sucks). Considering his health, I wouldn't mind him getting 30mpg off the bench.

JR Smith: 32.5 Novak (who isn't even on your list...c'mon bruh): 24.5 Sheeeeeeeeeeeeed: 14.5 Prigioni: 14 Kurt McGirt: 10
Amar'e's return will have a minimal impact on the backcourt. The only real way he can cut into those minutes is by Melo playing a lot at the 3 and Brewer moving solely to play SG, but Woodson isn't stupid and knows that Brewer is playing great basketball. Woodson has a history of riding hot hands and going with what works.
(I realize this adds up to 244 total minutes, which is 4 more than the 240 total minutes available in each game, but it's just an estimate, numbers should come in around the same levels).
Copeland/White/Camby will play minimal minutes until someone gets hurt (for Cope/White) or until they're healthy (Camby).
By far my favorite Jail Blazers story is Damon Stoudamire getting arrested in the airport for trying to bring weed wrapped in aluminum foil though a metal detector.

Wasn't it wrapped in aluminum foil AND in an altoids case?

I'm not sure. I don't remember hearing that but it's certainly possible.
All I know is I'm really upset I don't have this jersey anymore.

I hate that that move is associated with Aaron Rodgers and everyone acts like he made it up. No way....that shiz was a wrestling/boxing move for years. Don't give Rodgers credit for that shiz.
Yes, I know the Knicks beat a crappy Suns team with a buzzer beater after blowing a double-digit 4th quarter lead, but without Melo this team struggles to find an offensive identity.
And finally being able to fully enjoy Jason Kidd playing basketball is awesome. The fact he has now become a knock-down 3-point shooter is pretty remarkable considering his nickname coming out of college was "'ason" since he "had no j."
Anybody going to be watching the Lakers game tonight? I'm a big Lakers fan, but it's tough to catch more than half of their games when they start at 9:30 central time.
Brandon Jennings already told us the Bucks are beating the Heat in 6.
Milwaukee guard Brandon Jennings attended the Wisconsin Sports Awards Thursday night at the Harley-Davidson museum to accept an award for his work in community outreach programs. He was only asked three questions, but he sure made the most of them. He also made a very bold prediction: “I’m real confident. I’m sure everybody is writing us off but but I see us winning the series in six.”
