I was lying in a burned out basement With the full moon in my eyes. I was hoping for replacement When the sun burst thru the sky. There was a band playing in my head And I felt like getting high.

Never thought that I'd dance the hardest at the great taste lounge... Their unscheduled friday night show totally distracted me from going to dumpstaphunk, it was so intimate and rockin!
I randomly stopped by the sonic stage for a sit down while they were playing and I was hooked! They ruined my plans of resting in the past possible way. Their shows were so much fun.
Yes please. I saw them at Sonic and the midnight Miller show. Midnight set was my favorite show and one of my best Roo experiences ever. I can't ever remember being so energized by dancing. I listened to them over and over during the drive home and kept feeling the energy from that show. I can't wait until they destroy a tent. Until then when anyone asks me about Roo I always make sure to mention them and their Flippers dance.

Managed to catch two of their shows...SO good. Ed and I were using our flippers to get down all weekend.
Now, which one of you people did I run into just after their show at the Great Taste Lounge? Somebody said "nice rootu!" so I know it must have been one of you guys, but I don't know who!

That was me, but I was having "issues" so my friends escorted me away after.

Whoa, shows how much attention I was paying! I knew I didn't get a good look at whoever it was, but apparently I didn't get ANY kind of look or I would have recognized you!

^ saw that too. Caught all 3 AvS shows. Would happily watch a fourth in a tent next year. Better yet, do like they did in Australia & put 'em on before the Chemical Bros.
so AvS is playing at the brooklyn bowl this sunday.. tickets are only 5 bucks in advance. i will most likely be going to this show as missed all their performances at roo. figured people in the ny area might be interested.

Been going to bonnaroo since 2002 and the realization that I had with my friend while standing around stupefied between Major Lazer and UM that we should not be hearing the music that we were actually hearing has to be the greatest Bonnaroo music moment I've ever had in my 10+ years on the farm. The subsequent 35 minutes of face melting and rediculous dancing that ensued was pure bliss and is what for me made this the best Bonnaroo I've ever had. Long live Art vs. Science.
And the nicest guys to boot! If you didn't know someone (don't kill me but I think it was Jess) invited them to brunch and the Dan's came and hung out. Apparently they had such a good time that when I caught up with them later Jim was pissed that he missed it but was still thanking everyone for the rootu!
haaaa love this band... did not catch the fountain set and had never heard of them but happened to be walking past sonic stage and was drawn in. then was sure to be waiting for the miller lite set (favorite show of the weekend).
caught them this past sunday at brooklyn bowl. so much fun every time. plus they are really nice d00ds, hanging out after their shows / taking pictures with everyone. best part: dan mac was still wearing his bonnaroo wristband (don't know if the others were or weren't)
I just asked them on facebook and they replied with: "depends if we have new music in time and if bonnaroo will have us back. Dan still has his bonnaroo wristband on from last year"
