Greene just grabbed the wheel of the Jets' bus and yanked it, sending them off a cliff. I wouldn't have traded for him if you paid me.
(In case you missed it, he had a really long, really confusing, really dumb comment where he supported Sanchez after talking about how they "might need a change" from Sanchez. It was the worst I've ever seen an athlete handle a question, and he might get less work because of it)
Or he could run for 110 and a TD this week. The Jets are so schitzo even I have no idea wtf they're going to do next. I like the idea of bringing MJD in, and since sCam Newton decided to pull his head out of his ass, Smith should be a solid option down the stretch.
And Hay Cutler is concussed, so that could hurt Marshall.
At first glance you got the short end of the stick, but when factoring in everything I think it's a fair trade and you might end up with the better half of it down the road.
I think that the reasoning behind the trade is valid. I'm not super familiar with greene or turners numbers, but have gotten the impression that they are both inconsistent. Slight edge to Turner. I think Carolina is on the upswing, and steve smith will be a major part of their production, and the Bears schedule is getting harder, but Marshall will still be targeted more than any other wr in the league. The key to thus trade will be MJD's production coming off injury. It definitely has a lot of Risk involved.
So now we have six guys/girls fighting for three playoff spots, and three teams that have clinched already and are fighting for the two first round byes. I'm sorry, Laces Out, but I'm going to be trying for that bye

This week was crushing. Lost here to JAkicker, probably championship game matchup right there. In the other two leagues, I lost because Carolina and Philly can't play defense - and was against Cam Newton in one and Bryce Brown in the other. Me having anyone Pittsburgh on my side didn't help at all.
I'm pretty optimistic I'll make the playoffs here and in the league for the other board I'm on. The keeper league, I put up a good fight but now gotta play spoiler in order to escape the cellar.
I'm frightened beyond belief of the playoffs. I've got a #1 seed and a first round bye, I've won 6 in a row, and I'm convinced that I'm going to get CRUSHED in my first playoff game. I've over-planning like a motherf*cker, especially with regard to my defense. I've got Cinci and like them for Week 15 (vs. Philly), they play Pitt in week 16 which isn't as good, so I MIGHT pick up Washington (they play Philly in week 16).
Oh and Jordy Nelson had to go and get hurt and I have no good WR subs. Chris Givens? Josh Gordon? Christ.
THIS IS WHY I CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS.
Gordon is the #1 receiver on the Browns.
The only difference between that sentence presently and whoever it was said about for the past 10 years is that now it's a good thing.
Yeah, but I had him earlier in the year and got burned. He seems to be a feast or famine guy - either he's catching 4 passes for 96 yards and a touch down, or 3 for 35. He seems to rely heavily on that one huge breakaway TD catch per game.
Yeah, that's obviously a huge part of his game. But he gets the most snaps, runs the most routes and gets the most targets every week.
I'm just saying, his play is trending upwards, so that makes it an easy choice if those are you only 2 options to replace Jordy.
In my old work league, I got nervous when percy harvin was out last week and I didn't want to start gordon. I grabbed edelman with an hour before sundays games began. Gordon scored me fifteen more points on my bench than edelman did in my lineup and I lost by ten. It basically knocked me out of the playoffs unless I win and three specific people lose AND I have to still score more points than another guy
