I was too late for good seats. Should I grab balcony now or try my luck tomorrow for the Ryman?
I'm not sure if they will be releasing tickets tomorrow that were unavailable for presale, or if what you currently see is all that is available. However, the balcony at the Ryman is awesome. Unless I'm within the first 10 rows on the floor, I actually prefer the balcony at the Ryman. I'm in section 14.

Thanks. I've never been. The problem is we are trying to get 3 seats together.

Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
Nashville show ruled. We drove all the way back to Mobile afterwards so I just got home. I made it to Montgomery before I started hallucinating from lack of sleep and let my friend take over. Anyway, I fucking blew it, guys. After leaving the show, we went to that bar that has like 40-50 taps for some food and a beer (f'n forgot the name of it). On our way back we passed Annie Clark walking with a guy, maybe one of the horn players, but it didn't hit me that it was really her until they had already passed us a good ways because she was wearing a hat, completely different clothing and it was kinda dark where we crossed paths. It just didn't even register to me until the glimpse that I got of her face flashed in my brain a minute later. I could have met her, made her feel very uncomfortable, and tell her that I would leave my wife for her, but I blew it. I didn't want to be cap'n creepster, sneaking up on her from behind though. socially_awkward_penguin.jpg The same exact thing happened to my friend too. I was walking with our friend Amber and Tony & Trisha were like 50-100ft behind us for some reason. When they caught up with us he said he did the same exact thing. Alright, Imma sleep for like 6 hours and then drive to Nola to see Dinosaur Jr.

The Dallas show last night was greatness. The brass band is an awesome backdrop for St. Vincent and David Byrne's own songs. Definitely one of the best shows to see this year.
After the show me and my friend hung out and waited outside the venue and talked to the trumpet player for a while, but David Byrne left early and St. Vincent was hanging out with family. I did meet a girl from Oklahoma who went to Bonnaroo a few times and made a new friend while waiting though.
