In their AMA they did mention that they'd be touring the US outside of the dates currently announced. I would say they're a no go for Roo, but you never know.

For what it's worth, they said they wouldn't be playing shows by Glastonbury, so I'd say they're unlikely for Bonnaroo.

Right...but that's not an AFP show. I read somewhere how Thom was asked about Glasto, and said that AFP wouldn't be ready in time, though he expected some of the members to be there, which most took as a Radiohead confirmation.
