1. HTDA is the 10th band listed on a Friday right infront of passion pit for Coachella. Don't see why they couldn't be the main Thursday act. I agree with the Trent respect but it looks like it's not all there. 2. As soon as the man throws on the diamond mask and the beats start to "Ni**as in Paris" a magical spell of forgiveness shall be cast upon the land.

Carrot Top actually comes out as a guest with Widespread Panic and plays percussion with them. I could see this happening at bonnaroo for sure if he was there to do comedy and they were headlining. I like it. Only thing besides HTDA would be Cake. I see him more as a Saturday daytime show. Thursdays are for up and coming acts. Bands that are established but have fallen off in popularity seem to get early slots once the weekend has gotten rolling. Sounds like s great dream though.

i know its not lineup, prediction, or artist related but i figured id post anyways. I ran into a friend this morning, who we helped with a roo ticket last year just to give a little vacation and escape from everything else. she maybe knew one band on the lineup, but said she honestly had the most amazing experience of her life, and has been saving up all year to get back to her "roo family". idk why but it really got to me and made me realize that, although i cant wait, the lineup is only bonus to the Bonnaroo Experience. sorry for the random rant. back to fat axl jokes

Paul headlining is already really special for me, but if we get both Paul and Tom, it would be absolutely perfect. I was raised on The Beatles and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. They are my dad's two favorite artists of all time. To be able to catch both Paul and Tom with him in the same weekend would mean a hell of a lot to both he and I. My love of music comes directly from him. Even if Tom doesn't play, seeing Paul at Bonnaroo (my dad took me to Bonnaroo 2006, the first big music festival for both of us) would be momentous for both of us.

Both stories above me really speak to the bonnaroo experience. Can't wait to get back. Also, I always relate Kashmir back to Bonnaroo, mainly just for the lyrics:

Just when I thought this thread couldn't dig itself out of idiocy, a Cake reference almost instantly renews my hope.
I would not trade an MG for a white Chrysler Le Baron, however.
