I guess maybe they want to control their live output? They do have a few official live releases so that could be part of it. Or it could just be management's request or some junk. Not sure.
Actually Avetts allow Taping, but they don't allow sharing of any kind.
Allman Brothers are like that too, kinda, They allow Taping, but no electronic sharing, they only allow you to share via physical means (cd's, etc)
Most tapers try to follow the rules with bands like that, as a show of respect, and to not try to screw it up for later on down the road. \
There are some torrents out there of the webcast though

It's 100% management request. I've talked with their manager in person multiple times and he has the same taping rules for all of his bands on his label. Taping is cool but sharing is not
Are any of these located somewhere other than Dime? I haven't been able to download anything from there in months, due to my ratio being too low. I've left some old stuff seeding, but it doesn't seem to matter.
Would any of you burn me a disc & mail? I'd pay for shipping/materials/etc.? PM if you can. I'd love these shows.

Just discovered this also. I love that y'all take the time and effort to record shows. Right now I'm enjoying a show I had to miss, Alabama Shakes, and downloading the 2006 Radiohead on my new DIME account. Incredible!
"In the darkness hundreds of glowsticks streaked the air like tracer shots in war. Giant inflatables bounced over dozens of light sabers pointed skyward. Stuffed animals impaled on sticks danced above the hot crowds, puppeted by someone just given ecstasy by a friend made seconds before."
Thanks. any good ways to convert them to MP3 for iPod purposes?
On a PC, I use Foobar2000 (it's free) to play the flac files and also to convert them to MP3.
To convert, load your files into Foobar, highlight them all, then left click and choose convert. Select the three dots (...). Change the output format to mp3. If the output bitrate needs to be changed, use the edit button. You can also specify the folder you want the converted mp3 files to be placed in. Press the convert button when you are ready. And off you go.
This method can also be used to convert 24-bit flac files (which is how my recordings are posted) into 16-bit flac or wav files.
