I guess I'm the only one who would be majorly disappointed if Wonder was added? He's really not my cup of tea, at all.
If your satisfied with KoL and Petty just be content with that. If you like 2 out of the 3 headliners that's about as good as it gets these days at fests.

They were #3 at Sasquatch 2011 but they're a Pacific NW band and Squatch is smaller. Maybe they'll get bigger after their next album but I'd say it's too much of a stretch right now. They're fourth on their day at Coach this year.
"In the darkness hundreds of glowsticks streaked the air like tracer shots in war. Giant inflatables bounced over dozens of light sabers pointed skyward. Stuffed animals impaled on sticks danced above the hot crowds, puppeted by someone just given ecstasy by a friend made seconds before."
So is everyone on the same page that we are 95% positive the mystery headliner is either
Stevie Wonder, Mumford and Sons, or WSP?
And we are all clueless on who else they may/may not add to the undercard?
Several posters came in independently of each other and said they have heard from people in the business that Hamgout was working on a deal with or had an offer out to Stevie. It seems like the only thing left is his decision.

Anyone from Mobile going to Pensacola for dark star orchestra on Tuesday want to carpool? Trying to get people to go, but no dice. It'll be my first DSO show, also a birthday show. Just don't feel like going by myself.

Any body know when the pre party tickets go on sale?
Do you need a pre party ticket if you have a vip ticket?
Also anyone know where we can park for the weekend, got a bunch staying in a condo from all over, multiple cars but only to parking pass for the condo.

I think they went on sale in April. No, VIP'ers get in free. There's a few lots for parking for free near the East gate.
The Who start their European Tour of Quadrophenia on June 8. Their current US tour concludes at the end of this month. If there is an out of the blue 3rd headliner it could be them.
If they go with the Beach flavor it could be Jimmy Buffett:
I could also see a big headliner like Prince if they are really wanting to make a splash. He has some new material coming out and just lined up some European Summer dates.
If they go with hip hop perhaps Kanye West. If they go 80s and 90s rock perhaps Guns and Roses.

I'm starting to think Stevie Wonder wouldn't be a bad headliner and with the money they would save on Headliners they could get about 5-10 more good undercard bands

Wish they would go after a hard rock/metal group I really want to rage on the beach and I dont think I'll get a chance to do that with the current lineup
Wouldn't Tom Petty (as the "legacy" act) make any possibility of another "older" artist (the who, Stevie, ect) a little far-fetched?
Not saying impossible- and it's not like they've done anything this year that correlates with much of a pattern- but if they were, I think that means 3rd headliner is a "newer name" who's still well established I'd love something grohl-related.

I couldn't agree more. Got my fingers crossed on Metallica
