The lack of an answer from "adult males" imply either a) they don't do their own bed sheet washing, b) they are ashamed of their answer or c) (the most probably in my estimation), no one has a clue and just does it by "....it's been a while since I washed these, might as well."

Well, when I was living in the dorms a few years ago I once told my mom I go about two months in between changing/washing them and she about had a heart attack. I can’t say my habits have changed much in that regard since then.
No more than 10 days, but you should change your sheets every 7. A bed is like a cesspool of nastiness. If you dont clean it often it's going to get infected and your wiener will fall off.
EDIT: Schulzie I'll take you but we'll have to go the Harold's thats in a bad neighborhood. The ones in nice places dont cook the food right.
I have a friend that just buys new underwear when he doesn't want to do laundry. This happens at least once a month.
Been there done that. Mine was closer related to enjoying the feeling of a fresh pair. I have like 3 or 4 pairs with tags still on ready to go at most times. Moving right along, what's a normal amount of underwear to own?

I wash my sheets once a week and change my pillow cases every other day.
Oh yeah and chico is right schulze. If you aren't worried about getting shot or mugged while you are at Harold's then you should definitely go to a different one. Or, alternatively, you should be offered NO NO WORD!!! or see a NO NO WORD!!! deal go down while there.

I go through socks at an alarming rate; there’s no love for those with long/narrow feet. It’s either shoe size 6-12 and all of them have holes in like 3 months, or 12-15 wide and I feel like I could fit two feet in each sock.
That said, it’s embarrassing how often I’ll just throw on an older pair of socks when I run out because I still have a plentiful amount of other clothes and I don’t want to go home JUST to wash whites (don’t worry, despite going to my parent’s to do laundry I actually wash them myself. My building doesn’t have any machines.)
