Well what to say for my last post? It has been a lot of fun but I am not going to continue to hang out in a arena where going after peoples kids is cool. Also as usual thanks to everyone who sent me Pm's and I completely understand no one wanting to get in the middle of this, after all who wants to have every post they make stalked by the two biggest jerkstores and their posse on here so they can criticize your every move. It has been a fun couple of years and I hope you guys have a blast whatever you do except for Juggs who I kind of wish would choke to death on a dick.

As a long time member who avoids controversy here for a reason I will say this:
In 2008 after All Good some Inforoo members were very disrespectful of my daughter. I reacted badly and handled the situation poorly. Rather than be banned by the Mods I banned myself for six months.
Any mention of children, parenting skills or related subjects should be 100% off limits. Godwin's rule.

TOTALLY agreed, Bun! But this rule should also apply to parents on this board who pre-emptively take exception to slights that have never actually been levied against them -- personally. We don't need to read a lot of wolfin' about how deeply "invested" a specific parent is in raising their kids. We just naturally assume that.
No one loves their own kids more than I do. But I wouldn't log on here just to state it.
But if your are TRULY leaving, then just stay gone. You don't help your cause remotely by coming back in ten days, as if nothing ever happened.
Id rather see him come back personally. I liked Jess. I enjoy other people's flaws (and we're all flawed) because that's what makes them real, provides texture, and makes them human. This is some grudge shiz...that stuff will kill you.

Truth, mb. No way I could say it better. I don't especially want him to split, either.
But it's not like he doesn't have a history of taking his own snarky rips. And the whole thing of theatening to leave, without ever actually leaving, just gets worn down at a point.
I hope he tuffs up and comes back. Pretty sure no one was actually trying to get him to leave.

I've learned something today. If you help a homeless person out don't post that s#!t on the internet. Sure you might get a few awesome points, but people are so nutted up about the topic that you're more likely to alienate a few contributors to a forum you're posting it in. If it hadn't been your thread it would have just eventually happened in another I'm sure. It's a shame someone would feel the need to leave a community they have been actively involved in for some time over serving one person said. Especially when so many others here expressed their support for Jess.

You didn't do it subject to public referendum in the first place, right? So, what has changed afterwards?
You should feel as good about it now as you (hopefully) did then. You did a tangible thing, to help a guy who'd been gone for awhile come back to what's real. There's nothing but grace in that.
