I'm actually excited about Skrillex. I think it will be a ton of fun, but it depends on the schedule. There may be something else I can't pass up, but I hope not.
I think it's a safe bet Skrillex could be our first ever EDM stage act. Not the biggest fan, but I will definitely check out his set. It's nice to see Bonnaroo take a bigger/better step in the EDM direction this year.

I am disappointed that the first EDM act to play a stage at Bonnaroo is Skrillex - but I am glad that he's playing Which Stage, because it means that he will (hopefully) draw 40K away from the rest of the festival and leave me to hang out in peace. Thanks, Darlene!

I am really excited for this. He's a big act I'd never pay to see alone, but it's going to be a really fun show for a late night. His setup looks incredible and I'd almost go for that alone. I honestly get bored of his music if I listen to more than a few songs of his in a row, but I somewhat enjoy the sound and know I'm going to have a great time as the glow sticks bomb the air. Glad to see it!
"In the darkness hundreds of glowsticks streaked the air like tracer shots in war. Giant inflatables bounced over dozens of light sabers pointed skyward. Stuffed animals impaled on sticks danced above the hot crowds, puppeted by someone just given ecstasy by a friend made seconds before."

I'm not excited for it as I'm not a big electronic guy anyway but I hope you guys enjoy it. I'm amazed at how high up he is billed but I guess it's for a reason. He's pretty big right now.

I agree with most of you guys... I like some of his stuff, but it's all really similar IMO. There's definitely other EDM acts I would have loved to see booked above him, but overall i'm content with this. Depending on conflicts, I'll be at that show.

I'm just excited for you, Phi. We all know how much you wanted your Skrillybear at Roo. That being said, I'm not counting out me checking it out, but with the way late nights are, I will probably have a conflicting artist that takes precedence.

Same here.
Although this could be a good thing if Skrillex playing Which paves the way for something worthwhile like Underworld or Massive Attack playing a LN stage in the future

I see the Which thing happening, too. It just makes sense with his placement in the lineup. That said, I plan on checking out his set, at least for a bit. I'm not going to hate on him until I give him a chance in a live setting.
