Well, they are indeed "tweaking" the setlist. While 90% of the setlists have been the same in each city, last night it appears that they swapped out "The Pot" with "Parabol" and "Parabola", and "Ticks & Leeches" wasn't played in TX last night and was replaced with "Sober". *** 1/14/12 - Reno, NV Hooker With A Penis Jambi Stinkfist Ticks & Leeches Pushit Schism Intension Forty-Six & 2 Lateralus The Pot Ænema

I'll take Parabol/Parabola and Sober over ticks & leeches and the pot any day.
Obviously they made the set a little easier on maynard but I love it. I hope it sticks.

I did not realize those hadn't been played in that long. I stopped recording after 46 and 2 since they were hardcore camera nazis (kicked a few people out to my knowledge) and had spotlighted me. I also blacked out my lcd screen though. I got the fish poster. I heard the saturday poster made a 2 part poster.
They had our specific date poster and tour shirt for that show with the fish print on it. It was $50. They also had signed posters for $130.
The first black shirt to the left, is that tour dates on the back?
I took this from Fourtheye.. I should probably ask the iust ask the guy who posted it, but I'm not registered there and I'd rather talk to inforooers ;P
If that has the tour dates I'd probably get that one. But if Lauderdale or Orlando shirts are black with some kind of badass Adam Jones art I'll probably spring the extra $50 for one of those

FYI I asked on 4th eye and apparently all the shirts have tour dates below the graphics on the back
As for the signed posters.. I'm not one to pay big money to have an artist scribble their name on a poster But I would've totally paid big money for a doodle from Adam This one was really awesome:

So they have both unique posters and unique shirts for each tour stop? And each are $50? I'm going to the Orlando date and I'd be totally interested, although if they're each that much I'd only get one (if that).

How strict have they been about cameras? Can you at least take them in? Or are they not letting you in the arenas with them? I wonder why Tool are like this about cameras?
Doors Open: 7:00 PM No Cameras No Professional/Detachable Lens Cameras No Video or Audio Taping
But consider that we'll be w/Druid, whose past history of sneaking in her zoom lens is damn near legendary. (I'll just stick to my iPhone. Better safe than sorry!)

They actually searched pretty hard on the way in @toledo but people were still using cameras all over the place despite our "final warning" about it upon entrance. I thought maybe they were acting that tough about it cause maynard sang every song on stage w/the band.... Idk if he's been doing this every show this tour but I remember seeing them at lolla and he stayed behind the screen until the very end.

Laggy.... I bought the first black shirt on the right (blue head) Tuesday night. It definitely has the cities, and might have the dates. Cities written in narrow lettering beneath the head. Not sure if RIC's video's show it, but that Head was prevalent in the visual display portion of the show. I caught them in Toledo, and we were hosed by the openers coming on late leading to one of the shorter set lists.
1) Hooker with boy parts 2) Jambi 3) Stinkfist 4) Ticks n Leeches 5) Pushit 6) Schism 7) Intension 8) Fourty-Six & 2 9) Lateralus w/ dueling drums 10) Aenema
Wish we had gotten Pot or Parabola. Our tour poster was the fish ($30), and they also offered signed litho's for 150, and 1K.
Still.... Awesome freaking show, even in Toledo with a bunch of amateurs in the crowd. Security was all over people with camera's. The guy behind us was just about beaten. Nothing compares to a Tool show.

When they played Bonnaroo, they were actually stopping people taking their cameras in (or trying) because apparently the band required it. I've also heard similar things about other Tool shows.

It was my first time in the pit at Bonnaroo. Dude says no backpacks, cameras, or water bottles. WTF?! So I took out my wallet so they could identify my dead body, shoved all my crap at a friend and went in. Then Tom Morello shows up!!!!!!!

This is the thread I cringe at when I look at it. Everyone is making me envious! Hopefully I can catch them later on in the year or something grumble grumble ! But I will not complain I have seen every major tour they have done since 93 and I do have some kick ass tickets for this year! Good Karma and safe travels to all going to see them and I hope that you have an excellent time! That is all mods please ban me from this thread (just kidding) maybe this will give me more inspiration to go see Puscifer in Nashville a much more accessible show for me right now due to finances pending Roo ticket Purchases and lack of vacation days being the big factors. With all that said and done I will come back and view this thread on occaision. Cannot believe they are playing Sober and some of the other choicey tunes I saw on that setlist!

I know how you feel. I get mad ever time I read a post talking about how awesome the show was. My consolation is getting to see Puscifer when they come to Cincy. Anybody seen Puscifer before? I'm curious how thier live show compares to Tool and APC.
