someone on reddit defending late nights ending at 3am said late nights were never a "permanent part" of bonnaroo. made me think of the above.
EDIT: sorry for gunking up the thread with commentary, but i don't listen to auds a bunch these days, and listening to the above reminds me it's really cool to "hear" the room/venue, which is something you don't get in sbds. the recording above sounds like you are standing in that tent, warts and all. nice work by the taper.
Between this and the new Godflesh, a few cages are going to be rattled this morning.
By "rattled', I mean beaten into submission with a blunt force object.
I had no idea of what to expect before listening to The Body & Full of Hell, but I'm loving it.
You should listen to their individual releases then (and their previous collab One Day You Will Ache Like I Ache) because it sounds exactly like what you would expect from a collaboration between the two artists.
