Just scored tickets to a Brainiac reunion show here in Dayton. I'm beyond excited.
Holy shit, that's awesome... I didn't even know they were back together, especially with Tim Taylor having died 20 years ago. Love this album, especially, and also Hissing Prigs... One of those great oft forgotten bands that were just on the fringe of popularity in the mid 90s. So, so good.
Yeah, I think they using the lead singer of Enon for the lead vocals. They are doing it as a benefit show. I'm not sure if they have anything else planned though. They only had 100 tickets for advance sale and I was lucky enough to get two. The rest will be sold at the door, it is going to be a packed bar.
