So a couple of weeks ago I downloaded this and didn't listen until we were on the way back from the Waxahatchee show. When it got quiet on Un-Reborn again, I thought there was something wrong with the one I downloaded. I didn't listen to it again and just waited for it to come out. Apparently that quiet part is on the album, but it sounds like a major fuck up. I wasn't really feeling the album on that first listen, but the best songs are the last 3, so I'm feeling it more now.

The Good Graces | Set Your Sights
I love the weeks leading up to most festivals and the random ass emails you get from PR folk. My favorite thus far has had the header "GET IN THE VAN" and they used emojis.
This is a keeper though. RIYL: Neko Case, Lucinda Williams, Laura Marling, Bright Eyes, Whiskeytown, Lydia Loveless (thier words). RIYL: Really fucking good upbeat Americana (my words).

Hot off the presses... complete with sooty handprints and a speck of blood on the back cover, or so it appears.
Edit: this is officially the weirdest record I own... on top of what I said, side a is the whole EP, while side b is the last three tracks of The Downward Spiral in reverse. What the hell? I love it.
Psyched doesn't even begin to describe it. To be able to listen to this on vinyl, finally, without having to pay hundreds of dollars for a copy... so nice.
