I like cream cheese on bagels. AND I like butter on bagels.
My favorite is the Asiago Cheese bagel from Panera with Honey Walnut cream cheese.
But I also have a love affair with butter. Creamy, salted, real sweet cream butter, softened, and spread on pretty much any kind of bread. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!! Especially warm cornbread. Warm cornbread + real butter - that's the stuff dreams are made of.

The cheese argument is just crazy. It's not right to put one cheese above all others. To paraphrase the Byrds and Ecclesiastes;
To every cheese(turn turn turn) There is a season (turn turn turn) And a cheese to every purpose under Heaven.
As Jesus himself said "blessed are the cheesemakers." But it wasn't meant to be taken literally. It is meant to apply to any manufacturers of dairy products.

i tried the neti pot for the first time today and i'm pretty sure i'm doing it wrong.
do not like.
I have horrid sinus problems, living in Florida.
I refuse to use a neti pot. No way. Ever since my coworker told the story of the girl getting brain-eating amoebas after using tap water and a neti pot I am content to suffer through sinus hell.
If you could only have 1 type of cheese for the rest of your life, what would it be? It would be the cheese in any dish that contains cheese, from cheeseburger, to mac and cheese and even pizza.
I think Mozzarella is the clear favorite, but I have a friend who's going balls out and saying smoked gouda.
There is a cheese outlet outside of Buffalo called Kutters. I think that they're affiliated with Yancey's. Anyways, they have an extra sharp cheddar that's aged three years. It's so damn good. Whenever I'm home I try to buy a three pound block.

EEEwwww, it feels like I imagine drowning would feel like.
Get the pressurized sinus wash bottle. Use warm water and don't forget to breathe. Ahhhhh such relief to stopped up nose/sinuses.
ok, i will try the bottle. i've been dealing with sinus stuff for like 2 weeks now and my assistant swears by her's. everyone i talk to says THEY ARE SO AWESOME, so i wanted to give it a go. i even watched some how to videos on youtube. but the water went down my throat and then it felt like some was in my ears. double yuck. i am wondering if i was already TOO stopped up and the water couldn't get through?

neti pot fail.
If your sinuses are waaaay stuffed up then the saline might not get through from one nostril and out the other the first couple of times you try it, it might come out of your mouth (shouldn't go down your throat unless you are not breathing)... but KEEP TRYING. I have to keep repeating "breathe, breathe" in my head while I do it because it's against natural instinct. Don't blow your nose too hard afterwards as that could push the saline into your ears.
After you push the saline into one nostril, keep your head tilted down over the sink and blow the mucous of out both nostrils at the same time (don't plug one nostril to blow the other). And don't lie down or leave the house for a little while after... you might get a gush of fluid/snot after a few minutes... this is GOOD lol
I highly suggest the bottle and read all the instructions. They really do help.
I used to only eat cornbread with butter when I was a kid, but now I like it plain. And if you're not making it in a cast iron skillet, it's not real cornbread.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Wegmans has this new machine in the organic section that turns any nuts into "___nut butter". I'm eating honey roasted peanut butter on a sandwhich right now and it's just wonderful. Oh and a Naked strawberry and banana smoothie!
