So I realized I've got a bit of a problem. If they do shipping the same way they have done it forever there is basically a 0% chance the ticket gets to me before my trip begins. I know this is a common problem what have people done in the past?
BTW since no one responded - you can have the shipping address not be your payment address. Send it forward to someone in TN and plan to meet up before entering. Just check if they venture in on Wed. or Thurs. first.
Ya that seems to be the easiest. Any TN peeps volunteer to safeguard my ticket and maybe give me and a friend a floor or couch to sleep on Tuesday before Roo?
I do not understand why I put an earlier date on checks for bills that are in no danger of being late. In fact, I don't know why I do it on ones that will probably be late - I'm not really fooling anyone, am I?
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
Apparently a poster (jmhayes) has been using my likeness without my consent. This is copyright infringement and I ask that you please remove all references to my likeness from your Inforoo profile immediately or expect a call from my lawyer, Juggs Loblaw.
(in related news, I apparently look like a younger version of English voice actor Simon Templeman)
I leave for NYC Thursday night, and that night can not get here fast enough. Related note, I've been at work for approximately 1 hour, and I reiterate, Thursday night can not get here fast enough.

Usually my house is pretty full, but you can send the ticket to my office if you like.

Where the f*ck does the pistachio nut's advertising budget come from?
I'm more curious about who they're marketing to. Are there people out there whose nut preferences are on the fence? Is there an undecided contingent who's thinking, "You know, I've always been a cashew guy, but..."

Haha seriously.
I mean, watching some commercial for a billion dollar conglomerates with no-name actors and then watching the parade of star-f*cking from Pistachioland was just confusing the hell out of me.
The hospital I work at sent out a February newletter. I'm glad EAP can help if we are having challenges with our relationships I knew she was a great girl.
I wish people wouldnt take Facebook so serious. I'm a pretty private person. Having "internet" friends/people on my Facebook for some reason makes me uncomfortable. Thus the reason I recently deleted almost all the people from inforoo and my other forum from my FB. It was nothing personal, I promise. It was just an attempt to keep my "real life" and my "internet life" from crossing over. I kept a few people who are local and I see IRL often, or who I have plans to attend a festival/show with.

It happens, Phi. I realized when you did it and I completely understand. It's Facebook. It's not real life anyways.
I delete people all the time on FB, I find great joy in it.
People are either completely oblivious when you delete them (and thus, a worthwhile delete).
People are like GL over here, all understanding and sh*t, which is weird and uncomfortable for me so I usually keep the "calm and understanding" people as FB friends because it takes the joy out of deleting them.
Or people get offended. This is the end game when I delete people. I pick overly emotional people who post on facebook constantly, and will delete them randomly after not speaking with them for weeks. I'm pretty good at picking the crazy ones, so I'm now at about an 80% success rate that a deletion is responded to with a FB message, usually of the crazy variety.
Thanks for reminding me it's been a while since I cleaned out the FB, Phi. I have to start the screening process immediately.
