POP-TARTS® BLUEBERRY There's all kinds of yummy blueberry flavor hidden like buried treasure inside these perfectly frosted pockets of deliciousness.
That's from their site.
Fighting the urge to look up allllll of the other flavor descriptions.
(Really productive work day today, obviously)
POP-TARTS® BROWN SUGAR CINNAMON The very tasty combo of brown sugar and cinnamon comes through in every single bite of frosting, filling and golden crust.
my research confirms the accuracy of the above statement.

POP-TARTS® S'MORES Chocolate and marshmallow filling camped out inside a chocolate-frosted graham cracker crust. Odds are, they're tastiest toasted.
POP-TARTS® JOLLY RANCHER GREEN APPLE Pucker up for the sweetly sour flavor of Jolly Rancher Green Apple. Take a bite to unleash the crazy goodness hiding underneath!

I don't know about all the other flavors, but this one is 100% spot on.
Our son used to watch a cartoon called Oswald when he was younger... Oswald was a big blue octopus. There was a penguin on the show named Henry. Something was broken and Henry said he would fix it... Henry goes up to it and flicks the on/off switch and says, "On. Off. Well... I'm all out of ideas..."
Based on what you have said about the issue, it really sounds like some sort of power delivery issue, either to the PC itself or from the PSU to the internal components. Any sort of electromagnetic radiation can cause interference in your gear (for example, turning on a microwave can modulate your FM radio, or bog down your wi fi signal). So anything that generates EMI, or draws a lot of current can affect the quality of the electricity that is being driven at an outlet. For something like a PC, particularly a gaming PC with tighter voltage tolerances for max performance, you have to take the AC, convert it to DC, and then get all your components running. If some sort of EMI or high current appliance affects your RMS AC from the wall you could essentially see inconsistent power to the PSU, and votages falling out of range on your motherboard//gpu/etc. Power conditioners essentially smooth out the AC line so that you get a more consistent signal, and it isn't unheard for computer repair shops to run power conditioners when doing work, especially if they build PCs or overclock cpus or whatever. They are also used in high end Hi-Fi systems to get better sounding music. If you live in an apt, I'm sure your unit and all your neighbors are tied into the same mains coming from the street, ie: you probably see a lot of fluctuation in your AC delivery when everyone is home and running their stuff. All of this could be exacerbated by a bad PSU or bad temperature regulation. check that your cpu voltages are where they are supposed to be, and if they fluctuate when you run a game. I had a computer in my lab that ate power supplies because the motherboard had voltage leak and the thing was way out of normal range and the PSU just couldn't handle it.
Temps are fine, how can I check CPU voltages and PSU levels? The repair shop did consider the PSU issue, but did say that it could be potentially a waste to insert a whole new PSU in case it doesn't work. The PSU is from 2009 or so, so it could be going bad at this point.
You can manually check the PSU with a multimeter, but this can be sorta dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. I would check to see if you can borrow a power supply from the computer store that is spec'd for your cpu and gpu, and see if that solves your problem at your apt. IS your PC upgraded recently, and the PSU pretty old?
There are a few programs you can download that monitor CPU voltages and stuff, I don't remember what I used when I was tracking down my issue though, it was just whatever the IT dept. had availabe. Poke around on some pc building forums/subreddit, particularly guys who are into overlcocking their stuff. in those cases mV can be the difference between a screaming machine.
Does the PC have to be running awhile before you get your stuttering issue? or it starts basically right away?
Haha. As a kid, I mostly ate Grape Frosted and Strawberry Frosted. They unfortunately changed Grape to a more neon kind of thing that has colored sprinkles where it used to just be ice frosted white kind of like the brown sugar cinnamon. Blueberry went into the random thread because my 34" belt has moved from the 6th hole to the 2nd hole since last October. I quit drinking unsweetened coffee and went back to a can of red bull every morning along with 2 poptarts. And I figured I needed to drop some of that in order to slim down a bit. Usually it's beer that will make me fat, but I hardly ever drink beer anymore because of that. So I googled how many calories were in blueberry poptarts. They said 200 a pastry, so 400 in a packet. I bought bananas instead this week to snack on in the morning. I'm thinking that will knock 300 calories out of my diet (sugary ones) and then as soon as I quit drinking red bulls and go back to coffee, I can get back another 125-150.
Oh, and my favorite poptarts are actually Raspberry. They remind me of the old Berry-Berry Tostems or whatever they were. I only ever see them at Walmart anymore, and I hardly ever go there.
Pop-Tarts® Raspberry. A frosted golden crust with white icing and ruby-colored sprinkles on the outside. Raspberry-flavored goodness on the inside.

The raspberry ones freak me out. Nothing should be that color blue. I only shop at the Neighborhood Walmart now. It is so clean, the eggs are rarely broken and even when packed there is never a line. Plus, you get the regular Walmart prices.
OH, and I went to Trader Joe's for the first time ever last week. If they had one on the westbank I would go there for all my fresh items because holy fuck that shit is cheap. The processed shit, not so much.

Everything in my PC is new except the PSU, which is from 2008 or 2009. Really thinking it's the PSU causing the issues. And it's pretty much immediate.
Thank you very much for the insight, this has helped a ton!
Toaster streudels are too much work. Plus, you can't just eat them without toasting them first. They're delicious don't get me wrong, but the boys never ate them. So pop tart wins.
Brown sugar cinnamon pop tarts are dry and disgusting, you can't be trusted if you willingly eat those. I had to watch my younger brother eat those all the time growing up.
Edit: Actually, this is coming from someone who only really ate the chocolate pop tarts with any regularity, so you can probably just ignore my opinion.

Brown Sugar Cinnamon are the best IMO. My wife agrees. But to be fair we are both shady individuals who are not to be trusted.

I always like unfrosted strawberry. Delicious strawberry-flavored filling smack dab in the middle of a golden, frosting-free crust. Just goes to show you, it's all about what's inside.
Toasted until nice and crispy, some of the edges turning black.
The only times I have ever really eaten pop-tarts is when I am starving and relying on vendor food for a meal. I usually end up with a pop-tart because it usually looks to be the most filling for the buck. However, it has easily been 4 or 5 years since I have had any. I would also say the brown sugar cinnamon one is my "favorite" mostly because savory options almost always win for me.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

I used to eat the brown sugar cinnamon ones in law school because the little convenience store thing in the school carried them, but that's been 11 years now since the last time I had one.
