I just had In-N-Out for the first time. I don't think it's all that special at all.
I mean it's better than McDonalds and majority of fast food but that's not really saying much.
Never ate there. Haven't had fast food other than last weekend in about a year though. Brought the kids to their first concert and post-concert we hit a McDonald's. Got some nuggets with a side of mac sauce.
Any recommendations for must sees/dos in Yellowstone/Grand Teton? I have about five days to spend between the two. I've never been to either and want to get in as many of the essentials as I can. I'll be coming in from the north. I'm primarily interested in hiking, scenic drives, catching a geyser, and making love to a wolf or bison. Thanks!

Rothric will know bison seduction techniques. bacon has wolves covered.
Can't believe the hate for Five Guys. It can be a little greasy, but that's alright by me. Who doesn't love a brown bag full of hot fries?
Any of you all had Pal's? Really popular in the Johnson City TN/Bristol VA area. As far as fast food goes, that's at the top of my list (keeping in mind I have not had In-and-Out).

Bonus points: One location at least looks like this.

They all pretty much look like that. Somebody was telling me last week about some "secret" menu items including peach mellow yellow. I'm not fan of mnt dew/mellow yellow in any way, but he told me it tasted exactly like a peach ring...so I was intrigued and had it yesterday coming back to Asheville.
I have never had in-and-out, Five Guys is so fucking good, but WAY too expensive. That photo is great, although it does not make me want to eat there...maybe if I was on a road trip.
I think we'll see more geographic growth for Shake Shack. They'll be opening one in their founder's hometown (I am forgetting where that is.. St. Louis? Something midwest), and I think they have double their locations in the past 2 years since they went public.
Every time I take Metro North home from NYC I consider waiting in the long line for the Shake Shack at Grand Central, but the zero person line at the Mexican place next door always wins out (and if I didn't get Hallal on the way in.. hmmmm street meat). One day, I'll actually try it. EDIT: And they'll be opening one here in West Hartford, so then I won't have any excuse not to try it)
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
I haven't been to either In n Out or Shake Shack... But I'm east coast... And I have seen In n Out here... Does that mean Shake Shack is better?
The furthest east In n Out goes is Texas so I'm gonna say you're thinking of somewhere else
Okay, so after googling, I see that I am wrong, but dammit I swear it was an In n Out. Wherever that place is I'm thinking of, I haven't been there either.
