That essentially did nothing. I could try to find you from your name? Or whatever your spotify username is?
And smellycat , you can find most people just by searching their name. I'm under 'Decaanter' on there though, if you wanna keep the music chat alive.
Yeah I couldn't figure that out. I remember it being so easy to add people as it would give you suggestions from your Facebook friends, but that seems to be a thing of the past. How do you find your user name?
I think I just added you. Are you a Dave Maynar as in your name is neither Nicolas nor Decaanter haha?
It should be on the top right of the player (assuming you are using the standalone program, not the web browser version). you show up as your real name on my friends list.
Decaanter I typed "decaanter" and it brought up your real name.
1. how do you even find people to add on spotify anymore?? it used to be so easy to find your facebook friends to follow and even gave you suggested friends. now I have no idea where to do that. it seems like you can only add specific people by searching for them. I wish they would amp up their social network-esque stuff.
2. love the sign beebee. I would love to be at the DC march tomorrow, but it's just too complicated with grad school + DC is a shit show on normal day, so I can't imagine it this weekend.
3. I just let out a few tears because today has been giving me a boatload of anxiety and bumming me out much more than I anticipated. I do feel a bit better after that, so there's that.
time to watch some garbage tv.
There's probably one in a city near you, so you wouldn't have to go to DC
well, DC is the nearest major city to me, sooo... haha but that's also why it's a little more of a bummer, because I know a ton of people going.
there may be a richmond march, but now I have too much school stuff anyway since I haven't planned for it.
I'm surprised by the number of you going to Women's Marches tomorrow, and also really happy about it.
One of the friends I'm marching with is pregnant. Like could have the baby while we're marching. We've been joking that it would be the most feminist thing ever if she did.
Nashillve has the distinction of being the largest city within the path of the total eclipse. Only a handful of cities throughout the country, including Nashville fall within a narrow corridor to view the solar eclipse in complete totality. ..........The Tennessean
Party at my house!
it's my birthday week, i'm off work, there will be liquor

Ha, if I were anywhere near you, totally would.
But I'll be in Idaho again and at friend's place that lives right next to the Tetons is where I'll be

How do I block a poster on mobile? I'm seeing red here.
I don't know if you can in the mobile version, but you can switch to the desktop version in the bottom right of the screen then switch back after you have blocked them. Personally, I tend to just gloss past posters that bother me with occasional checks to see if they've improved themselves.

Ive been trying that approach but this recent interaction has really pushed me over the edge. I'm like Flanz level mad but with much less creativity.
It's taking all of my self-control to not see what that fucker dared to reply.
And also thank you. And also also: I drank that cold mountain tonight. Thank you for the millionth time sir!

Cold Mountain is a fine product. I'm glad you enjoyed it especially since the lady friend would have judged you harshly if you didn't like it.

You're good girl, everyone knows that asshole is an asshole except that asshole. Try not to let it bother you.
I just heard people on the radio talking about assigned seats for movie theaters. I've never heard of that before.
It's a great thing. I started going to the main movie theater around here that does it because it's so much more convenient. You reserve your seat online and then just go in and skip the lines to buy tickets and know exactly where you will be seated. This theater also has big arm rests and electronic reclining seats. It's fantastic.

We don't go to see movies much anymore. They may do that here and I wouldn't know.

Damn. That's fancy.
We have one theater that sells beer, but you can't bring it into the theater with you. Have to drink it in the lobby. Which is lame.
Yeah, we have one that has assigned seating too and with the extra features ITM mentioned. Some (all?) are actually love seats, so you can lift the middle arm to cuddle, or keep it down. I am sure that I would love, love, love it, but it's like 20-25 minutes away, and I have one that's 1/2 mile from my house, and one that's like 2 miles from my work (and more or less on my way home). And I can get discount movie tickets for the one by my work.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

It is 100% awesome, but I've fallen asleep a couple times in dark/slow movies with this set up lol. I really love the assigned seating though, allows you to show up at the last minute or skip the commercials without getting a shitty seat.
