Amen! Wal-mart is by far the worst for aisle blockers! Drive me batty.
Although, the other day, I made a pretty bad mistake. In one of the main aisles, this dude with dark shades on was just standing right in the middle, leaning on his cart. People behind him and me in front of him and we all looked ticked, like mean mugging at him ticked, until I realized he was blind! Honest to Pete, the guy is blind and here I am getting all nasty toward him. LOL. His wife came and helped him move to the side. I felt like a, ya know what.

So I watched the new Rolling Stones documentary on HBO last night. It was extremely good. All the band interviews were voice overs, no talking heads, just archival footage with some explanation piped on top. I'm not a huge Stones fan by any means but it definitely inspired me to dig into their catalog today.
There is craziness in my hometown. A girl I went to high school with, who graduated the year before I did in my husband's class, was identified as being one of the two bodies found in barrels in the lake 2 days ago near where my parents lived. Craziness, and sadness too. And all I can think of is that someone took season 5 of Dexter way too much to heart. Is that bad of me for thinking that now?
They were better headlining before the new album like the ought 6 show where they played In Rainbows.
The '12 show had 6 songs from In Rainbows: 15 Step, Weird Fishes/Arpeggi, Nude, Bodysnatchers, Reckoner, House of Cards
The '06 show had 6 songs from In Rainbows: 15 Step, Weird Fishes/Arpeggi,Videotape, Nude, Bodysnatchers, House of Cards
Doesn't Houston have the better sports teams these days? The Texans are way better than the Cowboys, and I like the Rockets better going forward than the Mavs. I guess in baseball Dallas wins (are the Rangers in/near Dallas? I know it's technically Arlington) because the Astros are awful, but still.
the rangers are like 20 mins from dallas and you are right about football. i like the mavericks better than the rockets (and always have). just saying compared to san antonio (which only has the spurs) and austin/fort worth (which have nothing) it has pretty good teams. everything is a cycle, just b/c they aren't GREAT RIGHT NOW doesn't mean they don't have the resources and power to perhaps do it again.

Really, when it comes to Houston vs Austin in sports, it really just matters. if you're talking about OVERALL (i.e. looking at the teams as franchises, including their respective histories) or currently.
Currently, Houston may be slightly ahead of Texas, but I'd say if you're looking at the franchises as a whole and where they'll be headed for the next 10-20 years (or however long you'd want to live there), Dallas is still pretty safely ahead of Houston (despite the genius of Daryl Morey, the Mavs are still more secure long-term because of Cuban's deep pockets; the Cowboys are the Cowboys and I wouldn't be surprised to see the Texans fade into obscurity once Arian Foster is over the hill; the Rangers also have deep pockets and seem in better shape long-term than the Astros).
I've heard from numerous people that Dallas is an absolutely AWFUL place to live in general, though.

We won't hold it against you, Tom. Being wealthy doesn't automatically make you snobbish. I can vouch that Tom is one of the nicest people from the boards I have ever met. Not everyone in Dallas is rich either. There is a really fun young, urban scene as well.
