I have been too absent! Caleb has spring break this week, and we planned on going to see my dad over a long weekend (took yesterday and today off). He was hospitalized last week and we got to his place late Friday so we didn't go on to Louisville (about an hour north of him). He called Saturday morning saying he was being released, but to bother driving up. I cooked dinner for us Saturday night and he showed off some of his Navy plaques he had hung in his work shop. Sunday I took Caleb on a Mammoth Cave tour as it is his spring break, and I rode my horse some when we got back. That evening dad was in pain, but got up to take photos with my sister, stepmother, and I. Well, turned out I had a conference in Nashville Tuesday so we are here now, but got a call saying dad was readmitted for the same thing (pain management). Hopefully they find the cause of it all rather than writing scrips and he can be comfortable again. I called work and am taking tomorrow off. Louisville in the AM! Sorry for long post, someone had inquired so I wanted to pass on the info to others as well.

It was really really good and best of all I've been shopping at Aldi so while sitting outside I calculated the cost for this salad. 1.80 ish isn't bad!
All of this news of the Comedy lineup just reminds me of the absence of KDogg and the beer bet thread. I'd make stupid bets where I knew I'd loose just so I'd have an opportunity to hang out with him for awhile.
I think my moral strength is breaking. I sold my LA Jack White ticket for a pretty penny on stub hub. I didn't want to go for just one night and there was no way I was going to pay the rates the scalpers were asking. So I turned around and dumped it for a few bucks less than they were asking. It sold in two days.
That was the easiest $100 I've ever made and I am finding my self very tempted to see if I can't make a little pocket change doing it again. I detest scalpers, what is wrong with me?

Your moral compass isn't broken; if it was, you would've gone to the show, bought multiple posters and sold THEM online for 2500% markup!
You have allowed some other fan to enjoy the experience instead of selfishly enjoying the show yourself. Your musical altruism is to be commended.
