I'm really digging the east coast dates at the end there.... giving me hope. If they aren't on the roo lineup I'm def going to NYC.
Yeah the theater did have a nice smell about it that night. Hopefully Capp Dogg was there to have the band sign the contract for them to appear at Roo.
Hell, with him curating the Theatre I don't doubt if they're gonna be there he already had, and was just there to watch a badass show.
If you follow El Cappo's twitter, he is at shows all the time. It certainly doesn't hurt that they do book everything for the Tennessee, and you could throw a rock from the Tennessee's front door and hit the building with AC's offices in them.
Just found out the Arctic Monkeys are playing 1 hour from where I'm staying for the night. Nothing like having a show pop up out of nowhere. I've been wanting to see these guys since Whatever People Say I Am, so it's safe to say I'm excited.

Damn if I don't read everything you type in Frank Underwood's voice.
Do House of Blues venues suck everywhere, or just here? Feels like I'm seeing a concert in Disneyland, and not at all in a good way.
I like the one here, but understand the Disneyland aspect. The sound is really good in both the main room and the Parish room though. The worst part is that there's a bathroom attendant. I feel terrible for that dude.

Welp, the show is sold out and the cheapest ticket on Stubhub is $89. I think I'll sit it out, dang it.

I am stoked for the next few months. Surfer Blood, Toro Y Moi and Caveman, Tyler the Creator, Schoolboy Q, and Deltron 3030 all coming to Orlando. Already got my tickets and had to tell everyone, very happy
Superhumanoids and Lord Huron tonight! The bill originally included Night Beds, but they backed out of the tour. I saw Lord Huron twice last year and know they will deliver again.

Masquerade is known to always move shows from Hell to Heaven and vice versa. I've attended a couple shows that have moved the day of the concert. Yeasayer being one of them. There's no way they're gonna keep motherfucking Avey Tare and friends playing in that shitty Purgatory room. No way.
I've also personally been involved in a move from Hell to Heaven in a special event for local musicians.
Anyone seen Alison or Willie in the past few years? Wondering how they are live. I live in Knoxville and they play a few days before I graduate, thinking about going.
It says "Now Playing" but I'm not sure anything is on. Windhand may have destroyed what hearing I had left. It's been almost 7 hours since they played and my ears are still ringing. Shit was LOUD.

I've Never seen Willie, but saw Allison at Roo in 2011, and she was good. That was with Union Station and Jerry Douglas though. Is she solo on this tour with Willie?

Alison Krauss is wonderful live. Her voice is perfection and her band is amazing.
