But you like cider, don't you? Woodchuck is usually at Roo... I'll bet there's some of that at the Party!
Ohhh yeah although Woodchuck is to cider is like Budweiser is to beer....... But if it is free..... I don't care what beer they have for free, I still won't drink it
Kdogg, you'll have to excuse dreamingtree. She's Welsh.
That almost makes it worse, it is not like the Welsh do not have a strong beer drinking tradition. Personally I just think she is a witch, everyone knows witches hate beer.
And I won't argue with her about it. I tell everyone the same thing when they tell me "I don't like beer" ... Try a lambic and then tell me you don't like it.

There is no such thing as a bad beer. Just ones that are not right for you.
I wholeheartedly agree with this statement. It took years before I realized that. But dreamingtree is pretty adamant
I really am. I have tried sooo many different types in the 20+ years I have been drinking and never enjoyed the taste of any. I am just a wine and liquor drinker.....
For what it's worth, another poster in another thread posted that Jamie McLean will be performing an acoustic set in VIP on Thursday night. Very soulful dude, should be great!
Last year the comedian was ok, but the food was good (I am a very picky eater) and the beer was also free (I think we were drinking Blue Moon all night). We also met a lot of great people that we ended up spending the rest of bonnaroo with. The environment is very friendly and everyone was having a blast.
I'm looking forward to meeting a lot of great people this year both at the party and just around bonnaroo in general. Look for us, we'll be the group with the flamed canopy w/ led lights and big flag pole with a pirate flag...we are always looking to meet more people to hang out with at bonnaroo.
We always get so overwhelmed by the amount of people that we never get to meet anyone at the party (or for that matter, at roo). Been in 07 and 09 VIP and havn't met anyone yet. Gonna give another try to be more relaxed this year and hopefully meet some folks @ the party! I'm pulling for futurebirds/band of heathens.

Keep your eyes peeled in VIP - there will be a HUUUUUUUUGE group of us Inforoosters (~60+!) camping together, so we won't be easy to miss! If you hear anybody yell "Corn Cat!" then respond with "Om nom nom!" and we'll know you're from Inforoo. Then come to the Brunch in Tent Only on Friday morning (9:30-noon'ish) to meet hundreds more - it will be a blast!
Confirmed: VIP band will be 'New Orleans All-stars"". A group that consist of Jamie McLean, Ivan Neville, Terrence Higgins and Kirk Joseph.
damit I was hoping it was someone I didnt wanna see (I know that sounds horrible) but I really wanna check out the Knux (loved their set in 09) and J Cole blah conflictaroo
