Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
ps - that compliment alone is worth 100 Fridays in my book!
Every time you change your profile pic, it gets better. Please stop before I have a heart attack!!!
Mezcal before dark?!?!? Well, as you all know, I'm volunteering and asked for Toll Booth. Don't know what I'm getting yet. You can bet your ass if I'm not on duty, I'll be at ALL the o'er 40 gatherings-I can't wait to see if "the worm has turned!"
Ha...this will be my fourth roo (1, 2, & 9)...and I just assumed I was the only old dude actually camping there...all the other older people I saw I thought were locals who were given free tickets to appease their inconvenience.
Rather an awakening of a sort.
I'm interested in meeting. I camp alone, but get along great with everyone, so never really alone....wink.

friday for having the courage to bring 8 'young ones' with you!
Looking forward to meeting all of you...my first Roo...I'm 49...my other half is 35...and bringing my little 9 yr old...(gotta start sometime)...she can't wait!!!
^ Congratulations, I'm sure you'll all have a fantastic time. My granddaughter is only 3 but I am so anxious to bring her, I can't think of a better education in music than 4 days of Bonnaroo.
Looking forward to meeting some of you either at the Post Office or at Brunch.
This is my third Roo. Bringing my 14 year-old who wanted to see Eminem but I am sure he will come home with a better awareness of music and may, in the future, leave the Jam-on station on when we're in the car.
Illustrious industrious gracious Crane Lady once again thank you for your stepping up and organizing us chaotic.
Perhaps this year we all could pull off the MEET UP behind the post office at 3 on Thursday which is in just a bit over a week.
Woooo, bonaAARoooooooo
Most people are chill with seeing oldsters I get lots of “oo cute” but yea there’s this ageist ‘tude when the typical 18-30 yo attendee turns around and sees grey hair but I really don’t care this is my 4th roo like get over it, like we invented this culture and anyway it’s the music and the ppl and the music.
Oh…bring glitter everyone please, the skin kind.
Three, O’er 40z (way) traveling w me to the farm this year, tents in VIP, (look for the Karmapa Dream Flag) dozen or so 18-21z tenting only GA
C lady; is cool to see my design in real buttons I hope there’s enough, I have the ones you sent me and the beads,
Hey- Jomon- nice to see a familiar name! I still have plenty of buttons- trying to find the kind gentleman who designed them but I can't find his previous e-mails. I'd like to thank him again. I've ordered more beads so there is plenty to go around. You're right- it's all about the music and the fans- age and race and sexual differences should only contribute to the experience and not be a source for bad attitudes.
55. My sweet wife also cannot stand the humid weather. Bringing my 21 year old son and his girlfriend. Last year it was him and me but I believe they will be spending quality time together. As to the youngsters who are agists... I remember when I was sure I would never make 21 let alone 30. I will come by and see you guys but ... no shenanigans!!!

rric528 made the buttons but how did you get them Cranelady. I emailed him, yet to get a response idk if he's going this year. I worked up the design.
What are over 40ers seeing on Thursday? A friend of mine who is big into music(15K songs on iPod) looked at the schedule for Thursday and said "I don't know any of these bands... thanks for making me feel old". Suggestions?
In that case I recommend, in order, Lewis Black's hilarious ass in the comedy tent, then the 420 Blaze w/ Cheech Marin, followed, though an early night, by Band of Heathens.

I'm also bringing my 9 y.o. daughter!! Are you by chance staying in Family Camping?

Follow your ears! You will discover bands you have never heard of and flavors of music you didn't even know you liked! At first I was a little disappointed with this years lineup but then realized it opened up an opportunity to explore the bands I might have passed up to see Dave Mathews, U2, or Radiohead. I am looking forward to those times in the schedule that I don't know who to see! Enjoy!
Mr. Mango-I agree with you- Bonnaroo is like a music buffet. Each year I come away with a few new favorite performer/bands, and some of them were at the smaller venues like Sonic stage. There's also a chance to see bands I would've never considered paying a ticket for but would've be curious about.
This is my 2nd Bonnaroo. Last year a friend of mine went with me, this year my 21 year old daughter will be with me. We would like to meet up with you all. Mandy (My daughter) is into mainline Country & some Rap so I am excited to introduce her to a more wide range of music. See you all in the Tennessee heat. (I am from Alabama so tn heat will be a welcome break haha)
Couldn't find the watch tower on last year's map. I thought the hay bales by the post office (across from sonic stage) would be good- Beverage station around the corner. I'll plan to give out my cell phone no. to anyone who sends me a personal message and I can text any updates on meeting plans.
watch tower at 4:30 on Thursday sounds good to me..how about y'all???
will have Mezcal for any who are willing to be winning
The watchtower isn't in Centerroo - it is outside of Centerroo by Matt's Tree. It's kinda impossible to miss as it's the tallest thing at Bonnaroo - taller than the Ferris Wheel - anyway - Post Office it is but likely no Mezcal then due to search and seizure policies going into Centeroo - am sure we can get the Mezcal on the farm in the bottle but equally sure it would not get into Centeroo.
