I don't see a reason for them to post "classic" performances by bands that wouldn't be playing this year. We already know MMJ is playing, and Primus is playing Hangout two weeks before and Les Claypool is always there in some form.
On their Facebook they have posted 4 videos: Primus, MMJ, Robert Plant and Yonder (they have other ones on their websites of Girl Talk, Dan Deacon and MGMT) but those 4 are the only ones posted on Facebook. Out of the 4 videos on Facebook, MMJ & Plant are confirmed and Primus is heavily rumored and Yonder hasn't been ruled out so it fits the pattern here. I think it's safe to say if Bonnaroo posts a video of them from now until Tuesday they're playing.

Somebody semi-confirmed Claypool at Roo and said that they were told he wouldn't be there solo. With Primus playing a European tour right after Roo I could see them playing the festival. I think it'll happen.
Just figured I would throw this out there for the folks who were bummed about missing the NHL Stanley Cup finals. You will notice that Roo does indeed show the NBA playoff/finals in the cinema tent, but not the NHL games.
My buddy is a huge Pens fan and we were at Roo the year they were in the finals. Well he spoke to every person at the cinema as well as in the VIP area and he had thought he convinced them to show the game. Well it turns out the NHL would not give Roo permission to show the games and so they did not. The NHL has to approve large public showing and sadly they would not let Roo do it. So it is not Roo's fault, but the leagues for having such strict rules on showing the games like that. Sad that the NBA would do it but the league that needs more viewers and publicity would not. I love hockey regardless, but don't expect it at Roo unless they worked out a deal this year somehow.
We are getting so close to the lineup release I can smell it!! Or is that the corn... =)
i am glad that i got to here Kane score the winning goal of the Stanley cup last year on a Chicago radio station at the Kentucky Tennessee border last year Thursday night was all about me and my friends singing the da da da part of Chelsea Dagger by the Fratellis all around centeroo
I was staying with some friends in chicago the month before roo and we were leaving the night they won. It was crazy driving through downtown to see all that going on, especially with the impending trip to roo ahead of us. Pretty awesome start to the weekend

So last year i watched ot of game six in a bar in nashville on the way down to roo. I made our RV driver pull over when we got to Nashville and it was the 3rd and the Hawks had a one goal lead. What was even better was when we parked the rv and were setting everything up and Im walking around glowing with my Hawks sweater on and our neighbors get out of their RV and immediately start yelling at me. I was taken aback a little and the least drunk dude in their group apologizes and says "were from philly." It made me even happier.
Anyway if the Bulls can somehow get to the finals i will be making my first visit to the cinema tent. I understand why they dont show the NHL games because it will only interfere with Roo if it gets to game 7. Two years ago Pens wings was on friday during BBoys and Byrne and last year it ended on Wednesday.
Any way sorry for the long post i got a new job and have been insanely busy, which has kept me from getting on here very much. It was good to get on here today and see that Arcade Fire, MMJ, Robert Plant, Primus, Big Boi, and Black Star are legitimately rumored. Looking like tuesday will be a good day.
