I watched Norton Wisdom paint at a Cornmeal show a few months ago. Pretty amazing. He paints on a back lit screen. Except he throws some paint on and washes it away with a washcloth. So essentially, he's painting with water.

spacepaintings.com this guy does some pretty amazing stuff with cardboard and spraypaint, and he does it fast too, I think theres videos on youtube. While the quality isn't just great, its still pretty impressive to me.
