I know someone that is selling wrist bands. Apparently he knows someone who works there. They are red cloth bracelets and i want to make sure they're legit before i buy them. Does anyone know anything about GA wrist bands this year?
I ran into some kids in the Wal-Mart parkin' lot Wednesday afternoon who were making fake bracelets. I don't recall what they looked like exactly, but it was pretty similar to the real deal. However I would not pay money fer one.

However, one of my buddies ordered his later on, just a few weeks ago. He's leaving to head down to TN tomorrow & has yet to receive his ticket... Any chance they might not have sent it yet? Or do you think it's lost in the mail? :-\

Got mine from Clean Vibes today. I'm a little relieved because I checked "regular mail - not recommended - free" as my shipping method because I didn't wanna pay $5-6 for a trackable option.
This is after I missed Thursday in '08 because the ticket I bought off eBay with 2-day delivery took 3 days to get delivered. And if history is any indication, I expect to lose and find the ticket at least 2 or 3 times between now and Wednesday, then once or twice more on the road/at the gate. But as long as the number of losses is not higher than the number of finds, I'll be alright.
In '08 after arriving a day late, I drove up to the toll booth with my ticket in my sun-visor pocket, pulled it out, laid it in my lap, got to the booth, couldn't find my ticket until I got out of the truck and it had fallen against the door and then onto the ground, I think. That was an exciting few minutes! ;D
