Whoever thought this would go over well has never spent 250+ for a full weekend camping out to see music. That situation sort of implies attracting hardcore music fans, which at least half of this lineup doesn't appeal to.

Remember that time when they scared off a lot of the original fans and found a new hardcore fan base. And then they scared that fanbase off. Oh yeah that was yesterday.
Exactly, basically what happened yesterday is they have screwed with the young fanbase that was created in 2006. Not that this lineup doesnt appeal to young people, but its a radically different bunch, one less inclined to camp on a blistering farm for 4 days.

How did "Next Round" of clues turn into "I hate the setlist"...just sayin'...
To people not wanting clues: Don't pay attention! We're going to get the lineup at the same time weither theres clues or not. At least we get a clue (no pun intended) of what might be on the lineup.
To everyone else: Yea, the lineup was disappointing to me too compared to the last few years, but nonetheless I'm going to have fun on the farm! Bonnaroo is just as much about the friendships and experiences as it is the music. That being said, I'm REALLY hoping they have some aces up their sleeves!
To DJJD: Thanks for all the time you spend coming up with clues and giving us hints! Looking forward to more clues soon! Any word?
i more frazzeled by inforoos reaction to the line up than the actual line up. We all know the bands don't really matter, its about being at bonnaroo listening to live music for me. I'm happy with everything and i know it will be an amazing time.
Please keep saying things like 'We ALL know the bands dont really matter' on a music board. It makes me laugh.
Some people dont like being sold something mediocre for the same price as before. This isnt about my personal tastes, this is about having a lineup that doesnt embarass itself in comparison to previous years.

how is a MUSIC festival not about the bands? they are the ones who play the music for us.

No offense, but I'm pretty sure it is about your personal tastes >_>
And really, we don't even know the full extent of the lineup and won't for some time.
Bitching now is like declaring that your favorite sports team had an awful draft after the first round. It's incredibly dumb to complain before we have all the details. If the schedule comes out and you still find fault with it, by all means wretch as you like, but until then, and this isn't just directed at you, but anyone else who is complaining, do everyone a favor and please, shut it.
