Now they have it all in order on the myspace page. It looks ridiculously underwhelming. If that's all they got, they have really done a horrible job this year. DMB top listed?! Kings of Leon #2?! I love the D, but Tenacious D #5 and Weezer #6?
The undercard is pretty good but... I wasted my entire freaking day for this. Thanks alot Superfly. I sure hope they pull something out of the hat in the next few weeks to impress me or might be looking at doing some other festivals instead. Sad to say considering I'm a die hard Bonnaroo fan.
i'm not seeing an anouncement on john butlers website, can someone point me to the other sources cause google isnt doin it for me, pretty please i need to know if he will be there
"Disobedience, in the eyes of anyone who has read history, is man's original virtue. It is through disobedience and rebellion that progress has been made." Oscar Wilde (1854 - 1900), The Soul of Man Under Socialism
"You're either on the bus or off the bus." Ken Kesey
"When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro." Hunter S. Thompson
"Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves, heres Tom with the weather..." - Bill Hicks
Damn, im seriously on the fence about whether to go or not with that lineup. Literally none of the acts that I was hoping to get me there ended up being on the lineup. All the acts that I do want to see I can probably just see elsewhere. If someone had told me a year ago that I would have any doubt about going back I would have said they were crazy but that lineup is seriously weak. ):
"You look like you're listening to every note." - Lady to me during LCD's "final" show 2023: Mar 29 - Guster Apr 6 - Postmodern Jukebox Apr 26 - Father John Misty May 14 - Taylor Swift (Philly) May 17 - Robert Plant and Alison Krauss July 12 - moe. July 16 - CAKE (Portland, ME) July 28-30 - Newport Folk (#12!) Dec 8-9 - Goosemas!
Kings of Leon are the SECOND name on the bill, whaaat?!
I agree. that's shocking. I honestly didn't think they could be the top 5 bands. Pretty weird. Hope Bonnaroo does something crazy. They follow up Phish and Bruce with DMB/KOL/Stevie Wonder? Hmmm. Lots of awesome midcard acts I'd see (dr. dog, franti, disco bsicuits, black keys). I think Jay-Z is a huge get but man....that top of the lineup isn't looking too dazzling.

Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
