"You look like you're listening to every note." - Lady to me during LCD's "final" show 2023: Mar 29 - Guster Apr 6 - Postmodern Jukebox Apr 26 - Father John Misty May 14 - Taylor Swift (Philly) May 17 - Robert Plant and Alison Krauss July 12 - moe. From DJ JD: Presumably moving these tweets to this clue:
djjdfarmhound: "15- definitely in the opposite musical direction of metallica" djjd: "you are getting warm-- and it turns out I'm outta beer" (in response to cokes thinking the opposite of Metallica is folksy or hiphop) djjdfarmhound: "15 has nada to do with Digital Rights Management or downloads, another happy helpful tip from your loving Djjd"

Don't think those will help here. He usually posts those help tweets after reading the guesses in the threads. Those should all still pertain to 16.
What reason does he have to read the clue in the topic to make sure it's the right clue? He just checks the number and the discussion. Which would mean his tweets are based on our responses to what his #15 is, not what our #15 was.

Ahhh good point so maybe so.
From an earlier thread we know he is a fan of Czech beer right? Any of those have Glenn or Beck or something that sounds like that in the title. Wonder what djjd's opinion of Glenn Beck could be? I am thinking that we have to substitute something for Glenn Beck to move on from there.

If he was reading the thread discussion it's obvious we were talking about the digital rights clue. I think it's more likely he wasn't paying attention to whether the digital rights clue was number 15 or 16, so those tweets refer to the digital rights clue, regardless of what number that is.
I remember something from the news about Beck being willing to meet with Obama over some incident, but that he wouldn't drink the proposed beer because he's a Mormon...I dunno..maybe someone can dig up an article..no time just now!
Only two Czech beers I know are Pilsner Urquell, Krusovice and Czechvar.
So that's probably not a good avenue
Budweiser was originally a Czeck beer. Given the timing of this clue with the Superbowl tomorrow and Budweiser always having decent SB commercials, something to do with Budweiser or Clydesdales?
There's also a Czeck beer called Ferdinand, which was mentioned in the thread where djjd said he was a Czech beer fan, but that would be too easy. Unless this is supposed to be the super easy clue, in which case Franz Ferdinand could work.

According to wiki, the St. Pauli Girl brewery is actually housed within the Beck's brewery - the two beers are pretty similar, but St. Pauli Girl is only exported, it's not sold in Germany at all. I don't know much of anything about beer, but just based on that it sounds like St. Pauli Girl is sort of the counterpart to Becks. So if the clue has nothing to do with Becks, it could have something to do with St. Pauli Girl.
And since he said Glenn Beck instead of just Beck, maybe we need someone named Pauly? (Or Paulie, etc.) The only one who comes to mind is Pauly Shore, but I don't really know where to go with "shore." (There is a band called The Shore but I don't think I've ever heard of them...)
Didnt glenn beck have some kinda argument with Muse this past year? maybe its that even tho i cant see superfly booking the same two headliners as cochella
the dude from beck is the guy from the gorillaz....this is my first time ever posting in the clues btw, so dont give me to much crap lol...i just saw beck and thought gorillaz automatically...maybe i just want to see them on the farm to bad!

Ben Harper and Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top) played "Free Bird" with Beck on the last episode of the Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien, who is moving to Fox, Glenn Beck is on Fox News.
Maybe some R7?
Even though it has nothing to do apparently with Glenn Beck, Beck, or beer... so i'm just wrong.
ok....when I think of fear I think of Blue Oyster Cult and the cowbell. Which then leads me to the Reaper or Death. How about Dead Weather? If so, my son and husband want to see Raconteurs instead.
What about fear itself, as in we have nothing to fear but fear itself? I suppose that's where the Bravery suggestion came from and I like that for the moment.
