SO I was at bonnaroo in 09 and I saw a few people walking around with a large balloon attached to their waist that floated 20 to 50 feet in the air with a glowstick in them. I want to know where I can find these. You could see them from far away it looked like they were on some kind of line. Please help I need these ASAP. Thank YOU

I saw a chick at Phish on Friday night that had a giant balloon that had El Wire as a string. It was awesome. She was in front of me most of the show and I think I stared at the balloon most of the time lol.

Those balloons were from the Starr Hill beer tents. You probably have to work the tent to get one. I'm sure you can get a 36" latex balloon and a helium tank at your local party supplies store , or even at Walmart.

Everytime I went to snag a picture of Phish on Friday night, one of these damn balloon strings were right in the middle of my view. It was very irritating, but I agree the value of these as friend finders is priceless. You don't even have to be the one attached to them to utilize them.
"See the giant Starr Hill balloon in the air with the green glowie inside? I'm 20 feet behind it!" was said more than once during my weekend
