Anybody watching? This is huge in USA soccer, I dunno how many of you guys are fans of the futbol, but the fact that USA even made it to the finals is unbelievable especially with the start they had.
Right now in the 70th minute USA is winning 2-1 over powerhouse Brazil, who wooped our asses pretty well 3-0 earlier in the cup play.
Although I must say, the score should be 2-2 on a bad call in our favor

I'm in South Africa right now watching the game on TV. It's a miracle the U.S. even made it this far and I'm surprised they even put up a fight against Brazil.

That's awesome dude! I was wondering if I was by myself here in watching this... I guess if USA had won it'd be deemed a Brazil choke. USA really needs to work on their ball control and possessions. It was actually pathetic at times watching us trying to move the ball anywhere and it lasted maybe 2 passes if we were lucky.
Game over. It was a good run for USA soccer though, and hopefully a sign of good things to come!

The 1st half was some of the best soccer I've seen the U.S. play. But in the end, their outstanding defense just fell apart. I think the lesson of this tournament is there are no guaranteed wins. U.S. and S.A., the 2 biggest underdogs, had great tournaments considering their world-class opponents like Spain, Brazil, and Egypt. I'm really excited about the World Cup now. It's a great time to be a soccer fan.
