Future Islands, LLL! Awesome!
If you don't have your copy of Ryan Adams' best record Heartbreaker on vinyl, you better get it now; that sucker's about to go out of print and then possibly be worth a lot of money (until they re-re-issue it).

i have a couple different copies on vinyl, one of my favorite records of all time.
If anyone hasn't heard the MFSL digital version of Heartbreaker, its my favorite version. Really one of the best sounding recordings I own.

Damn, I did not know a half-speed master version of Heartbreaker was in existence, I'll have to try to track that down.
Right now its a two-album bundle of live Neil Young. The 180 gram releases of Live at the Fillmore East and Live at Canterbury Mountain. 44 bucks for the whole set, that's (if I'm not mistaken) about 30 bucks less than usual.
If he doesn't have them already, Bacon just got a huge boner.

It looks like they aren't listing the specific details of the sales until that hour, ITM. They're only mentioning the artist it will focus on in that hour.
Also, AWESOME avatar/sig. Especially because I know EXACTLY which moment that is in the show. Surprised Shannon is looking straight at the camera though haha.

Gotcha. I was able to find some list that also says there's a Tom Waits and Pink Floyd vinyl bundle going on sale a little bit earlier than the White STripes one.

Yea, I think it's just good timing on the screencapture that I used....loved the photo and had to use it lol.
Thanks man! Some of the colors got wiped in the process because I don't think my computer can really handle it, but I am definitely going to keep trying more of those; I love how they look.

That's really cool. Wolfgang's Vault is also related to the Daytrotter limited Vinyls they put out.

I saw that White Stripes deal and would have been all over it if I didn't already have the first album and UGWNL already. I was missing the other two albums but can get them for about $40 from TMR. Great deal though.
I was also intrigued by the Kings of Leon bundle. Those three albums are pretty solid. I used to really love listening to them.
And in the wake of their last few albums, it's been easy to forget how much I loved Kings of Leon. Their first three albums all got heavy play from me. I honestly can't think of another band like them - they've gone down the tube in a way that I've never seen.
Totally. I was a big fan of those 3. I remember being absolutely blown away by their Roo performance of Trani. Damn....you got me all nostalgic for old KOL. That was some good shit.

Perhaps now that they are all married, they will get fat and happy. They won't fit in those skinny jeans that cut off circulation to the brain, and will make some good music again.

Yea, I know what you mean with Mayer. I feel like since the moment I heard the John Mayer Trio live album that I would be seeing a more guitar/blues-focused artist by now. I know he's had some setbacks with vocals but I'd rather see him tearing shit up. Not continuing to write pop/radio songs.
He was amazing at the Love for Levon show. Such a great guitarist.

I picked up a 7" yesterday in which one side had Titus Andronicus' "In a Big City" and the other had a new Ceremony song "Everything Burns". I was pretty happy to get my hands on something novel like that.

Okay guys.....so I have like 5 or 6 picture discs for MMJ (got them during the Terminal 5 run). I want to display them (already have the regular vinyls) but do not feel like doing 6 individual frames. I'd rather try and group them together somehow. I think they are too big to put all of them in one frame but I was thinking about combinations may work (2 per frame maybe).
Anyway...you guys have any ideas? I have one of them in a basic record frame but I wasn't sure if I wanted to do that for all of them. You guys have any suggestions

So I finally got the Blu - Lemonade 7" I was waiting for. I was afraid that the post office lost it in transite or something else, but luckily it landed on my lap yesterday. Normally I wouldn't be too worried about shipping times, but it had been over a month since they said they'd send them. The cover is a nice homage to the famous Andy Warhol x Velvet Underground album cover though, and it's overall just a nice record.

Holy Other- Held Nigeria 70- Lagos Jump Jens Lekman- I Know What Love Isn't Caribou- Andorra Bee Mask- When We Were Eating Unripe Pears Four Tet- Jupiters/ Ocoras
That's a few weeks worth of stuff. That Bee Mask record is seriously gorgeous, candy apple green vinyl, in a black sleeve. Editions Mego makes some great stuff.
