Going with Monarch here. Strawberry Springs had strong late nights and a super-strong Sunday, but Monarch was more balanced, with at least three shows each day that I'd be thrilled to see (although Monarch also did present a lot more difficult conflicts, especially the TMV/STS9/Portishead/Mos Def overlaps).
