The second group of realism vs. realism. Tough call on these two. Strawberry's got the better poster, but I've got to choose Horizon for the great headliners, specific day line-ups, and some fun left field metal choices.
Strawberry Springs for the really sweet poster, diverse and realistic lineup, and name. Strawberry Springs just sounds nice Primus, the Orb, Lotus, Shpongle, Eagles of Death Metal, and RJD2 were all pleasant pluses!
Horizon Fair looks awesome but really super heavy all around... I do like the idea of a large-scale music fest in New Orleans though. I'm assuming all of these have been assumed to be camping festivals but as far as I can tell none have specified, just now thought about that.

This was one of the hardest to choose between for me so far. There's a lot to love about the Horizon Fair lineup. I particularly like that Gwar is on there . . . slightly out of the box, but still totally realistic. And Bat for Lashes. But with Strawberry Springs, there's Tom Waits, ZPZ, Primus, and Tortoise. Sigh. I'm picking Strawberry Springs.
All we have to believe with is our senses, the tools we use to perceive the world: our sight, our touch, our memory. If they lie to us, then nothing can be trusted. And even if we do not believe, then still we cannot travel in any other way than the road our senses show us; and we must walk that road to the end.
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round
