True, but probably not a huge amount more. At least I hope not. After reading all the exaltations of the wonders of VIP on here these past couple months, I'd like to do VIP next year if I can afford it.

We thought about going VIP this year but, after the initial line-up was announced, we decided not to. If nothing else, it allowed us enough extra cash to surprise a couple of friends with tickets. So, no regrets here. Probably going to upgrade next year though.

did anyone look up how much VIP tix were going for on the ticket broker sites like stubhub last year? I just looked at stubhub and there is only one VIP available and it is being offered at "face value" at $600. I am really curious how much VIP will end up going for in a few weeks.

so, how packed is a sold-out VIP area? still lots of room to breathe.
Yeah, how packed will that be? I'm sure way more room to breathe then GA, but just wondering.
Going VIP you'll have more opportunities to avoid crowds and lines than going GA. Don't worry. You'll have plenty of room to breathe and I encourage you to do so.
Here's the link to the 12 page long "Convince me to go VIP" thread for those that doubt the power of the VIP. It's sort of buried, so for anyone newer to the board who thinks it's a waste of money, you can see exactly what the VIP'ers have in store.
