ate like a king tonight.
went to this mongolian grill up in cleveland, sooo quacking good. it's set up like a buffet style where you get a bowl and pick one raw meat of your choice (diff kinds of steak, chicken, pork, lamb, sausage) plus there's raw seafood you can have one of (scallops, shrimp, crab or calamari), you can get noodles or rice, then there's all kinds of veggies and a whole row of every seasoning you could imagine. you throw it all in a bowl, pick your sauce out of like 20 bomb diff types of sauces, and then take it up to this huge circular cook-in-front grill and watch these dudes stir fry your food. had a couple delicious great lakes oktoberfest beers to wash it down too.
this was my 2nd plate
pork, egg noodles, white rice, shrimp, potatoes, pineapple, corn, green peppers, diced green onions, broccoli, carrots, black olives, crushed red peppers and an egg, all doused in sweet & sour sauce
I made a cheddar & Granny Smith apple soup tonight. Officially has Sriracha in the recipe, I didn't just add it on my own. It was delish. Tomorrow is thai coconut soup. Dekalb Farmers Market this girls BFF.

We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Left over ghetto tamales from the roach coach that came pulling through at 2am. But any food at 2am in a hospital that isn't graham crackers or ham on white with no mayo or mustard, is good food.

WHOO-HOO Successful Chicken Korma is Successful! It's not much to look at though. It kinda reminds me of something my dog would have vomited but it's delicious!
Served on couscous along with sauteed mushrooms in a coriander white sauce and a roasted garlic and red bell pepper salad thing I just thought up today.
More lunch than dinner considering the time but boredom+hunger= Eh, give it a shot!
