My "wonderful" boyfriend dumped me pretty much the second we got back from 'roo. He will probably end up reading this and I don't give a rat's behind. I hate that any happy memories of the last few days will be tainted by this...Ugh.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.
I'm sorry to hear that.....But I'll guaruntee one thing, your fond memories of this past weekend will be remembered for far longer than the sh!tty feelings you have now. ***gives checkeredpast a hug***
I'm so sorry, what a loser he must have been though.
I lost my fiance right before the Bright Eyes set. He went to get food and couldn't get back throught the crowd to me. I stayed in the same spot thinking he'd move up when the show ended and the crowd thinned out. I couldn't enjoy the show at all and actually cried when he played "First Day of My Life" because he wasn't there to enjoy it with me. When the show ended and he didn't show I got really worried. Really worried. I had no idea what to do. We hadn't set a meeting spot, I had to haul around two heavy backpacks. I finally remembered that he did bring his cell phone that day and borrowed one from someone to call him. Missed most of Death Cab and put a damper on the weekend, but we got over it. He just owes me 2 tickets to Death Cab next time they come through here. Turns out the goofball went back to the tent when he couldn't get through the crowd, thinking that I'd maybe leave the show and meet him there.
