Who was your absolute favorite latenight act?

(Not counting cafe's, comedy, or Thursday night, just main stage acts)

Phish, if ending at 2am counts as late at Roo. Late nights were kind of disappointing this year for me.

I saw Phish, Femi and Ben Harper late night. All were awesome, but the edge goes to Phish for playing for longer, on the biggest and best-sounding stage, with their incredible light show, and whipping out that insane vocal jam at the end of YEM, just perfect for 2am.

Ben is my man and always will be so.....Ben Harper and Relentless 7. They blew me away b/c my expectations were lowered by my less than amazed reaction to the album. Live is the way to go with this band.

moe.

friday's late nights left me very underwhelmed. moe.'s performance on saturday made up for it entirely.

Surprisingly a difficult question. I think Phish was better musically and as an overall performance, but I may have actually had more fun at moe. for all 5 hours of their musical bliss. This is probably due to my extra high expectations of Phish and absolutely no expectations of moe.

haha. my buddy had a "Nader/Gonzales '08" rally sticker on his bedroom door. Another buddy crossed the 'er' off of Nader and wrote an S above it. So now it just says "Nads". haha

Not so funny cause now thats my door

(NIN +1)

Nine Inch Nails...kinda hard to vote for Phish since they played twice....plus NIN played "I'm afraid of Americans" which I had never heard live before and Dillingers Escape Plan was carzy during Wish!
