To be fair, the Grammy's usually does a good job with picking Album of the Year. Since 1998, winners include Lauryn Hill, Bob Dylan, Steely Dan, O Brother Where Art Though?, OutKast, Ray Charles, Herbie Hancock and Robert Plant. Dixie Chicks, Norah Jones, Taylor Swift and U2 were the other winners this decade. It's not like they pick the Beibers and Gagas of the music world each year.
