I bought some screens for car windows... kind of like a sleeve that you put over the window and it lets some air flow. I found them randomly at Tuesday Morning for about $10. Last time I slept in a car in FL for a week, we safety-pinned an old bedskirt to the interior ceiling of the car. It made curtains all around so we could have privacy in the car.
