Josh and one of his friends are planning on going to the Marilyn Manson/Slayer show at whatever the HiFi Buys Amphitheatre is called now (oh, yeah, it's Aaron's Amphitheatre at Lakewood). Also on the bill are: Killswitch Engage, Bullet For My Valentine, Trivium, All That Remains, God Forbid, Cannibal Corpse, Job For a Cowboy, Behemoth, The Black Dahlia Murder, and White Chapel. Essentially, we are talking about hours and hours of music that . . . I can't think of anything clever to say, so I'll just say hours and hours of music that I hate. Nevertheless, Josh and his friend think I should go. The thing is, I love people-watching, and I figure that this will be quite the opportunity to see some people that I ordinarily would not be seeing. Also, Josh's friend gets all prettied up for Marilyn Manson shows. Last time they went to one, he ended up in the Atlanta paper. So, it also might be fun to watch him/people's reaction to him.
So, my question is: Should I go?
Yes. Bring a camera, take pictures of the people, and post them on here for all of us to laugh at. Maybe bring an ipod, too
