Is it a bad thing to go over the daily recommended alowance of protein? I think its like 15%
Protein is the best kind of energy that you can get, so not really. But you do still need to have some fat and carbs in your diet. It can't just be all protein. But no, the daily recommended allowance is just for the idea of an "average"....which no one actually fits into.
But the energy from the protein, if you're working out will help you burn more fat than say if you had a meal that was mostly carbs or high in fat.
Cool. What if more protein comes after you work out? Like my workout time will be in the AM most days, and 2 meals are after the workout.
