That's not exactly a totally accurate description of what happened, and the interview I believe, never actually happened. Someone correct me of I'm wrong
I could be wrong as well- 2008 was a long time ago. Long enough for shiz to get jumbled in my head. They haven't been billed since then- and they were there every year before so...I'd say that The Dead is part of the reason why 'Roo grew so fast
EDIT:: surfbum is right- I can't find any credible sources documenting this. I always just took word of mouth on this one- considering Kanyes reputation of being an ass-goblin
