Have slept in my suv the last 3 years. The first time was due to rain & a leaky tent. Then it was saving space w/o the tent & air mattress rather than having everyone in the group's tents & the hangout screen tent on top of each other. They sell air mattresses sized for the back of suv's but have not checked them out. Windshield sun blocker is key for the hot Roo's, open the windows for air flow & it stays cooler than my tent ever did. Last year's temps were a cake walk, though. Ahh, 2012... the most I have ever been able to sleep on the farm.
